Return Policy

We want you to love your merch as much as we do! Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order confirmation or receipt for faster processing.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because we are committed to doing our part not to contribute to massive ecological issues as best we can, we would prefer (where possible) to repurpose or sell your item to someone else, so please be sure you love your item before you wear it or get in touch so we can make it right!

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at  brentwalshmusic@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or design, let us know! Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

While we inspect every shirt before it ships, sometimes things happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
